                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES P. RICHMOND, JR.,
                   RELATIVE TO THE NORTHWEST GEORGIA REGIONAL
                   SEWER SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 122A, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF SEVEN THOUSAND, EIGHT
                   HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,800.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from James P. Richmond, Jr., 
relative
       to the Northwest Georgia Regional Sewer System, Tract No. 122A,
       for a consideration of $7,800.00.
